Mattress covers tested for antimony and harmful substances
...so that tired dreamers are guaranteed a restful sleep.
Babies would prefer us!
It is very important to us that all our products are tested several times for harmful substances by independent testing institutes and are well suited for use in a cot. Antimony, which is used to manufacture polyester, is found in almost all covers on the market. All Träumeland mattress covers have antimony levels below the permissible limit values and are thus completely harmless for babies.
Nonetheless, we always particularly wanted to go one step ahead to avoid the residual risk. We now also offer mattress covers whose antimony content is below 1/100 of the Öko-Tex limit. We offer parents a real low-pollutant alternative.
INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT ANTIMONY
What is antimony?
Antimony can be released through wear and perspiration, breathed in or absorbed into the skin.
Tolerances:
Öko-Tex: less than 30 mg/kg
Öko-Test less than 1 mg/kg
Covers from 2017 smaller/equal to 0.1 mg/kg
