Placing products in the shopping basket

Once you have found the required product, enter the quantity and/or size and/or colour and click on "Place in shopping basket".

Viewing your shopping basket

In order to view the contents of the shopping basket, click on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner. All selected products are listed in the shopping basket. The total sum results through the addition of any shipping costs which would have to be paid in case of order. You can change the quantity or remove a product here. You are welcome to continue shopping and discover further products via the navigation of search function or go to the checkout.

As soon as you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping basket, you can move on to the next step. If you have an existing customer account, please log in with your email address and password. If you do not have a customer account, you can either simply register or make your purchases as a guest - without registering.

Address

Then please enter your delivery address. Please observe that we currently only supply to Austria and Germany. Should the delivery and the invoice address differ, please state the two addresses.


Please also enter your email address and telephone number so that we can send an order confirmation and can contact you by telephone if required.

Payment

You can select between the following methods of payment:

  • Immediate transfer
  • Paypal
  • Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
  • Purchase on account (Klarna)
    In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Schweden we offer you the opportunity to pay after delivery.
    With Klarna's Pay after Delivery method, you always receive the merchandise first and always have a grace period of 14 days to pay the invoice. You can view the complete general terms and conditions for Pay after Delivery  here.
    Klarna reviews and evaluates your data and exchanges data with other companies and credit reference agencies if there is a justified interest and reason for doing so. Your personal data will be treated in compliance with applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information stated in the Klarna Privacy Statement.

All the stated prices are end prices which contain the legal VAT of 20 %.

In the next step, you are provided with an overview of your ordered items. You are also shown the delivery costs and taxes as well as the entered invoice and delivery addresses.

Order confirmation

As soon as you have sent your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you have given us.

Invoice

The invoice is enclosed with the delivery note and a return slip in your package. You will not receive an electronic invoice.
Exception: with the payment option "purchase on account" you will receive the invoice from the company KLARNA by e-mail on the day of outgoing goods.

Dispatch

You will not receive a confirmation of dispatch. If no delivery time is stated for the respective goods in the online shop, the goods will leave our warehouse within 3 working days. If the end of the deadline is a Saturday, Sunday or a public holiday, then the goods will be dispatched the day after that. The deadline begins on closure of the contract. Please observe that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order.
