Delivery time:
- Standard mattress sizes 90x200, 100x200 and 140x200 cm: 3–5 working days
- Pillows & toppers and children's range: 3–5 working days
- Special sizes: up to 2 weeks

- Your mattress will be vacuum-packed, rolled up, packed in a cardboard box and delivered directly to your door.

Avoiding returns
Every return not only means additional effort for you, but also has a negative impact on the environment. To benefit both you and the environment, we kindly ask you to be mindful when selecting products.
Which products can be returned?
Träumeland only accepts returns of items purchased through our online shop.
Products that you have purchased from another retailer cannot be returned to us. The same applies to products that have been specially made for the customer (e.g. custom-made mattresses). Mattresses that have already been used can only be returned within the 60-day trial period – this period only applies to adult mattresses and not to toppers, pillows or children's mattresses.
Does your product have a technical or visual defect, or was the wrong item sent?
Then please send us a photo or video to info@traeumeland.com. Our team will then contact you immediately and clarify everything else. You can also find further information in our Terms and Conditions.
Will you incur any costs for returning the product?
If you are returning damaged or incorrectly delivered goods, this is free of charge for you. Returns within the statutory 14-day period are also free of charge. However, if you return your mattress after 14 days, you will be charged for the return shipping costs.
Are you not satisfied with our mattress after 60 days?
If you do not like your product within the trial period (60 days after the date of delivery), you can request a return by following these steps:

We will provide you with all the necessary return information and arrange for collection directly from your home. The costs of return shipping (for undamaged goods) will not be covered and will be deducted from the refunded purchase price.

Once we receive the mattress, we will inspect it internally and refund the purchase price minus the return shipping costs within seven working days.
Your mattress does not need to be returned in its original packaging.
The following conditions apply to returns within 60 days of receiving the mattress.
At Träumeland, we want you to be absolutely sure that your new mattress is perfect for you. That's why we offer you the opportunity to test your mattress at home for 60 days. To give your body enough time to get used to the new sleeping surface, we recommend using the mattress for at least 30 nights before deciding whether to return or exchange it.
In order for us to take back a mattress during the trial period, it must be in a hygienic and well-maintained condition. Normal signs of wear and tear after trying out the mattress are of course not a problem. However, please note that we cannot issue a full refund for mattresses with significant stains or damage.
Please use a fitted sheet or mattress protector throughout the trial period to prevent stains and signs of wear. The mattress must not show any visible soiling, damage or other signs of wear and must have been used exclusively for private, non-commercial purposes. It should also have been placed on a suitable bed frame or slatted frame with adequate support.
The trial period does not apply to mattresses that are returned due to improper use, lack of a fitted sheet, commercial use or after the 60 days have expired. Regardless of this, your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
A full refund cannot be guaranteed in the following cases:
- Cracks or damage to the cover or mattress core
- Severe or extensive soiling, e.g. from liquids, stains or discolouration
- Excessive deformation indicating unnatural use
- Intense unpleasant odours caused by pets or smoke
- Failure to use a fitted sheet or mattress protector during the trial period
If any of these issues are present, we will contact you directly. In this case, we will have to retain up to 50% of the purchase price to cover the costs incurred.
Within what period of time can I now return goods?
Products such as children's mattresses, toppers and pillows must be returned or handed over to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. For adult mattresses, an extended return period in the form of a 60-day guarantee after receipt of the goods applies.
You can return products such as toppers or pillows to us free of charge within the statutory 14-day period. We will bear the costs for you, provided you use a return label from our partner companies.

Warranty & Guarantee
At Träumeland, you don't just get a mattress, you get the peace of mind that comes with knowing you're lying on the right one. All mattresses come with a two-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery – so if a material or manufacturing defect occurs during this period, we will of course take care of replacement or repair. Normal wear and tear, stains or damage caused by incorrect use are excluded.
In addition, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee: you can test your mattress at your leisure during this period. If you find that it is not right for you, you can return or exchange it (you are responsible for the return shipping costs). The only important thing is that you have used it with a mattress protector or fitted sheet and that it is clean, undamaged and hygienically sound. This guarantee is a voluntary additional service and, of course, applies in addition to your statutory rights – because at Träumeland, we want you to sleep well.
