Which products can be returned?
Träumeland will only accept returns of products purchased via our website.
We do not accept products that you have purchased from another retailer.
Items that are returned must be:
- complete, unused and in the original packaging
- returned together with the original delivery note and returns slip.
Who bears the costs of the return shipment?
You can return the products to us free of charge. We will bear the costs for you if you use a returns slip from one of our partner companies (see link above).
Within what period of time can I return the goods?
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
