The unit of measurement "TOG" can be used as a guide. "TOG" shows the thermal resistance of textiles and tells you how warm your baby will be in a sleeping bag at a certain room temperature. The higher the "TOG value", the warmer your baby is. The Träumeland romper bag comes with a TOG value of 2.5. Sleeping clothes should be adjusted according to the TOG value.
