1. Returns

Which products can be returned?
Träumeland only accepts returned products which have been purchased via our Internet website.
Products purchased from another trader cannot be returned to us.

Returned items must be:

  •  complete, unused and in the original packaging (if the original packaging is no longer usable, please return the mattress in a suitable replacement)
  • sent back together with the return slip.

Who bears the costs for the return?
You can send the product back to us free of charge. We bear the costs for you if you use a return slip from our partner companies (see "return slip" or "Where can I return my package".)

 

Within which time period can I return my goods?
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days. The deadline is granted when you send back the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen day deadline.

Print out return label
Enter the link shown on your return slip and then you can simply print out a return label. The return slip is enclosed with your delivery.

2. Complaints

Should a product which you have procured in the Träumeland online shop not accord with the usual quality standards of Träumeland or have been delivered incorrectly, please contact out Customer Service on info(at)traeumeland.com without delay! You can find further information in our GTCs.

3. Revocation instruction

3.1 Right of withdrawal

3.1.1 You have the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without stating your reasons. The revocation period totals fourteen days from the day on which you or a third person named by you who is not the conveyor has taken the goods into their possession.

3.1.2. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us,

stating your name, address, the ordered goods and the order date in a clear declaration (e.g. in a letter sent by post or an email) on your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also use the enclosed template form to do so, but this is not mandatory. For upholding of the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send notification of your exercising of the right of revocation prior to expiry of the revocation period.

3.2 Consequences of the withdrawal
3.2.1. If you revoke this contract, then we must repay all payments received from you including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting should you select a different method of delivery to the standard, least expensive method of delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification on your revocation of this contract is received by us.

3.2.2. For this repayment, we shall use the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed something different with us; under no circumstance shall charges be levied due to this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have receive the goods again or until you have provided verification that you have returned the goods, depending which takes place first.

3.2.3. You shall return or hand over the goods to us without delay and under all circumstances at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us about the revocation of this contract. The deadline is granted when you send the goods prior to expiry of the deadline of fourteen days. The shipping costs for return of the goods shall be borne by Träumeland GmbH. However, the prerequisite for this is prior consultation with Träumeland GmbH.

3.2.4. You must only pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value can be traced to you after inspection of the quality, properties and function of the goods. Träumeland reserves the right to return products with missing, defective original packaging or original packaging which has been written on, or products which are no longer in perfect condition back to the customer at their cost and risk.

3.2.5. Withdrawal through return of the goods
You can withdraw from the contract as is conventionally the case simply by returning the goods to Träumeland GmbH, Sportstrasse 11, 4142 Hofkirchen. Should you return the goods within the legally-stipulated revocation deadline without any explanation, we shall regard this as a withdrawal from the contract.
