How easy it is to order from Träumeland

To help you find your dream mattress quickly and easily, we will guide you step by step through the ordering process.

Important information: We currently ship to Austria, Germany and Spain via the online store. Do you live somewhere else? No problem - we will send you Träumeland products worldwide. Send us your desired items to info@traeumeland.com

Placing products in the shopping basket

Once you have found the required product, enter the quantity and/or size and/or colour and click on "Place in shopping basket".

View your shopping basket

In order to view the contents of the shopping basket, click on the shopping basket in the top right-hand corner. All selected products are listed in the shopping basket. The total sum results through the addition of any shipping costs which would have to be paid in case of order. You can change the quantity or remove a product here. You are welcome to continue shopping and discover further products via the navigation of search function or go to the checkout.

Once you are satisfied with the contents of your shopping cart, you can move on to the next step.

You have two options:

  • With a customer account → log in with your e-mail address and password.
  • As a guest → If you don't have a customer account, you can either simply register or shop as a guest without registering.

Address

Next, please enter the shipping address. Please note that we currently only deliver to Austria, Germany and Spain. If the delivery and billing addresses are different, please feel free to indicate this.

Please also provide your email address and telephone number so that we can send you an order confirmation and contact you by telephone if necessary.

How to pay

Choose the payment method that suits you best:

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you purchase on account as a payment option.

When purchasing on account with Klarna, you always receive the goods first and always have a payment period of 14 days. Klarna checks and evaluates your data and exchanges data with other companies, credit agencies and, if necessary, with the authorities if there is a legitimate interest and reason to do so. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information in Klarna's privacy policy.

All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT (20% in Austria, 19% in Germany and 21% in Spain).

In the next step, you are provided with an overview of your ordered items. You are also shown the delivery costs and taxes as well as the entered invoice and delivery addresses.

Order confirmation

As soon as you have sent your order, we will send you an order confirmation to the email address you have given us.

Invoice

The invoice is enclosed with the delivery note and a return slip in your package. You will not receive an electronic invoice.
Exception: with the payment option "purchase on account" you will receive the invoice from the company KLARNA by e-mail on the day of outgoing goods.

Shipping

You will not receive a shipping confirmation. If no separate delivery time is specified for the respective goods in the online store, the goods will leave our warehouse within 2 days of the order being placed in the online store. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day will take its place. Please note that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order.
