Payment
All prices quoted are final prices and include VAT (20 % in Austria, 19 % in Germany, 21% in Spain). You can choose between the following payment methods
- Apple Pay
- PayPal
- Credit card (Visa and Mastercard)
- Purchase on account (Klarna: more information can be found here)
Shipping
Deliveries are currently only possible to Austria, Germany and Spain (mainland).
- Shipping costs for Austria and Germany: €3.90 per order (free for orders over €50)
- Shipping costs for Spain: €15 per order (free for orders over €80)
Our products are lovingly produced and packaged at our factory in Austria. Delivery within 6–10 working days from completion of the order in the online shop. We endeavour to dispatch goods as quickly as possible. If the end of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the next working day shall take its place. Please note that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order.
Important information: Do you live somewhere else? No problem – we ship Träumeland products worldwide. Just send us and email to info@traeumeland.com with your desired items and we will ship them to you.
