Which products can be returned?

Träumeland only accepts returns of items purchased via our website.
We do not accept products purchased from other retailers.
Items that are returned must be

  • complete, unused and in the original packaging
  • together with the original delivery bill and return slip.

Who bears the costs of the return shipment?

You can return the products to us. However, the costs of the return shipment will not be refunded. In other words, the costs will be deducted from the refunded purchase price.

Within what period can I return the goods?

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
