YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establishment and further development of the adult mattress division
- Responsibility for sales, product strategy, and profit growth
- Actively acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships
- Development of new markets and sales structures
- Close collaboration with product development to design market-oriented products
- Leadership and development of our sales team
- Regular travel within the sales territory
- Direct reporting line to sales management and executive management
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years of sales experience, ideally in the furniture or mattress industry
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a strong focus on results
- Experience in developing markets and structures
- High level of initiative, strong communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
SALARY INFORMATION:
Willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and professional experience.
