1. Returns

Avoiding returns

Every return not only means additional work for us, but also has a negative impact on the environment. To help you and the environment, we kindly ask you to be particularly careful when selecting products and sizes. You will find all the important information about sizes and fits on our product pages. In addition, we attach great importance to presenting all the relevant characteristics and special features of our items clearly and comprehensively – so that you can find exactly what suits you and unnecessary returns can be avoided.

 

Welche Produkte können zurückgegeben werden?

Träumeland only accepts returns of items purchased via our website.
Products purchased from other retailers cannot be returned to us. The same applies to products that have been specially made for the customer (e.g. custom-made mattresses). Goods that have already been used can be returned. Any loss in value will only be reimbursed if it is due to more than the usual inspection of the goods.

Items that are returned must:

  • be complete and in their original packaging (if the original packaging is no longer usable, please return the mattress in a suitable replacement)
  • be returned together with the return slip.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Who bears the costs for the return?
You can send the product back to us free of charge. We bear the costs for you if you use a return slip from our partner companies (see "return slip" or "Where can I return my package".)

 

Within which time period can I return my goods?
You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days. The deadline is granted when you send back the goods prior to expiry of the fourteen day deadline.

Print out return label
Enter the link shown on your return slip and then you can simply print out a return label. The return slip is enclosed with your delivery.

2. Complaints

Should a product which you have procured in the Träumeland online shop not accord with the usual quality standards of Träumeland or have been delivered incorrectly, please contact out Customer Service on info(at)traeumeland.com without delay! You can find further information in our GTCs.

3. Revocation instruction

3.1 Right of withdrawal

3.1.1 You have the right to revoke the contract within fourteen days without stating your reasons. The revocation period totals fourteen days from the day on which you or a third person named by you who is not the conveyor has taken the goods into their possession.

3.1.2. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us,

stating your name, address, the ordered goods and the order date in a clear declaration (e.g. in a letter sent by post or an email) on your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can also use the enclosed template form to do so, but this is not mandatory. For upholding of the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send notification of your exercising of the right of revocation prior to expiry of the revocation period.

3.2. Consequences of revocation

3.2.1. If the customer revokes their contractual declaration or an already concluded contract, we shall reimburse them for all payments we have received from them (with the exception of delivery costs and additional costs resulting from the customer choosing a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of the withdrawal of this contract.

3.2.2. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as the customer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the customer; in no event will we charge the customer for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until the customer has provided proof that they have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

3.2.3. The customer must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which the customer informs us of the cancellation of this contract to

returned or handed over in their original packaging. This period is deemed to have been observed if the customer dispatches the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. Träumeland GmbH shall bear the costs of the return shipment.

3.2.4. The customer shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
