YOUR TASKS:

• You will support us in sales and in the further development of our growth strategy
• You maintain customer relationships in B2B trade and with international distributors, mainly from the office
• You support the entire process from the preparation of quotations to the monitoring and processing of orders in close cooperation with internal sales and product management
• You maintain sales-relevant information in internal systems (CRM, ERP) and on external platforms (such as customer databases) and help to continuously optimize our workflows
• You create sales-relevant overviews, reports and analyses

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience in sales - you know what is important
• Confident handling of MS Office and common ERP systems - knowledge is a plus
• An independent and careful way of working
• Logical, entrepreneurial thinking and enjoy working with numbers
• Stress resistance, even when things get a little hectic
• Customer orientation, team spirit and enjoy open communication in English and German
